It's also deeply ironic that this wave of celebrating political violence was brought in with the wind from codes of conduct. Orwellian doublespeak that sought to redefine "inclusive" as exclusion and "kindness" as cruelty. Enough with that nonsense.

It's interestingly how relevant this test is as well. I have almost exactly the same number of files in my Ruby 3.4.5 installation via mise when including the gems we use for our apps. The performance of manipulating tens of thousands of tiny files really matter to web devs!

It's actually amazing just how much faster Linux is than macOS when Docker or manipulating many small files is key to the workload, like it is for most web development. It's by far the easiest and cheapest way to accelerate the development bottlenecks, and doesn't require cloud.

It also just feels better buying from people you like and respect. Every dollar is a vote for what you'd like to see more of in the world.

It's thanks to Basecamp customers that we can bless the Rails community with so many open source gifts every year. Remember that when picking your collaboration software π

We talked about this feature at Rails World: That wouldn't it be great if you could copy the URL from one of those gorgeous frameless webapps in Omarcy? And then @jankeesvw just went off and did it ππ€

I used an iMac as my main computer for many, many years. Love seeing these machines get new life after being abandoned by Apple. This 2012 is great, but the 2014+ machines are even more appealing because of the great 5K display. I have one in storage somewhere!

This is exactly the kind of gender ideology nonsense they tried to push at our kids' school in Copenhagen. We managed to get it rebuked there, but it seems like Seattle has already dug in on ensuring that every kindergarten kid gets spoon-feed this activist propaganda. https://t.co/VbnhsjGkj9

The gender ideology lessons that Seattle Public Schools mandate all children starting from kindergarten be indoctrinated with are cartoonishly over-the-top. Like a 90s Republican scare campaign about the slippery slope brought to life. Crazy. https://t.co/HRgKDc69i3 https://t.co/NzzyMJwE6W

Gum has powered all of the Omarchy terminal interactions since the start. It's so good. Beautiful dialogs, inputs, and selectors with zero effort in Bash. You really should check it out to give even your private or internal scripts a dust of TUI sparkles β¨
