I guess I should go first. Here's a couple ppl that have a high hit-rate for me:
@george__mack - great thinker. never pushing an agenda. just sharing stuff he finds interesting.
@levelsio - his momentum is contagious. he's building in public & posting as he goes - without being promotional. Also randomly posts interesting health/lifestyle stuff (like his bar of soap thing recently). has a high "idgaf" score
@VijarKohli & @jayvas - i don't know these guys personally, but they are lowkey very good follows for business stuff (more private equity/cashflow stuff). Not promotional, they tend to share good books/blogs that I haven't read before.
