1. build a team of killer creators to start shilling your saas
if you're just starting out and haven't acquired a single customer yet - you can either be the face of the product yourself or hire affiliates (they get paid only when you make sales)
if your saas already makes money but now you're venturing into organic, stop reading this and dm me because your tool needs to be scaled with precision (so you don't lose $$$ and reach your Q4 goals with speed)
during this whole phase, your goal must be solely to go viral & find winning sales angles
later this would be required to promote your saas at scale
2. offer shekels to influencers
you've already got winning sales angles & working strategies
all you gotta do is offer cash to the influencers with huge audiences in your niche to promote your product
they make money, you get loyal customers because their audience is warm & listen to them closely
do this at scale with multiple influencers

3. offer the same shekels to zuck
a.k.a run paid ads at scale
at this point you've already found winning angles, content ideas, creatives, videos, ctas

Now he finally decides to focus on marketing - this is what has happened.
