Was amazed to see 92% of the NFT's being utilized to earn HERO. Source and Sink appear to be pretty close with 2.7M Hero Claimed and 2.5M used in Upgrades

6/ Overall I think KAITO TGE was well fitted for the high PVP environment that crypto is in right now
Some thought the Community allocation was low however the behavior of the ecosystem as a whole is clear and I believe exacerbated by recent memecoins
The TGE meta needs to change to keep pace with environment meta changes
A claim fee also means this TGE generated some Rev and we will have to see what this will be used for
